I really like this place. I wanted my teeth straightened so badly but I have some medical trauma from brain swelling and celiacs disease. This place ensured what was going on my teeth was safe for me and when I went to the office manger stressed about my treatment plan this is the FIRST TIME a medical professional has heard me and advocated for me. They changed my treatment plan to something more manageable and the girl who helped me listened to me explain what happened as was so careful with not overstimulating me, talking me through everything and gave me such a positive experience. Even swapped book recommendations. I’m happy here and I feel safe here and honestly it’s doing more for me than just straightening my teeth. It was an office lady with blond hair who had her own office that advocated and the girl who kept me comfortable did research in college on like chicken eggs. I hope that’s enough information for your office to figure out these two were and give them the credit they deserve. The male ortho guy also was spot on with my treatment. Been here so far twice. Very friendly staff. One the first visit for my consultation they even offered to go ahead and put my braces on that day. Took my son there a few weeks later for his consultation told them how excited he was to get braces and couldn’t understand why he couldn’t get them the day of his consultation they called me twice to get keep moving his appointment up so if able he could get them on that same day. Unfortunately he still Had baby teeth coming in and they said we could go ahead but it would be a waste of money and he would have to have them for more like three years. Loved the fact that they didn’t try to just get money out of me and go ahead with it but explained very well. They even set up for a reminder to be sent to me in a year so they could revalue if he would be ready instead of me trying to remember.

Well operated business. From the moment of shopping for braces, I found the teams at Reflections to be kind, straightforward, and happy to work with me. Within the last six months of treatment, my appointments have been timely and pleasant. Really glad I chose Reflections for my ortho care.

Things have definitely changed over the years. They do very little to assist in rescheduling. My daughter is 1 year past her removal date. I have a son that needs braces as well and plan to take him elsewhere.

Are you looking to have an amazing experience with your Orthodontist? How about feeling like you matter and your mouth is the most important thing? What about enjoying the atmosphere and the employees here? Then look no further, you've found the best Dentist in town. This is your new home and the seating arrangements are soft and comfy too. Dr. Blackman is the man with the plan. No wonder people love him, he's so nice and friendly. The employees here are amazing as well, they do hard and not easy work but you can always see them smiling here. I love coming here and I'm sure you will too. I recommend bringing your family here to get their Orthodontist here and no where else. That is a FACT!
